The JJ is by far the most versatile ski in the Armada Line. Take a ski that can slay the powder and still lay trenches on the hard pack and you begin to understand the JJ. Using the same materials and Big Mountain construction as the Norwalk, the JJ adds EST Freeride Rocker profile, which rocks a healthy dose of rocker in the tip and tail and maintains enough positive camber underfoot to carve. The ski is significantly lightened up with a Hybrid Ultralight Core, using light weight wood with preinstalled ABS layers alongside the core for strength, and FR50 Construction, which is a cap at the tip and tail and sidewall underfoot. To stiffen the ski, a bidirectional fiberglass sheet overlays the core and Carbon and Kevlar Stringers are used in the tail to increase pop and extend the life of the ski.So float, jib, boot, or carve, the JJ will perform.
