The Experience family is a set of hard charging, mid-fat carving skis inspired by racers, made for weekend warriors. The Experience 83, is 83 underfoot and is the lightest and softest of the bunch, but it still is firmly in the intermediate-advanced category, as these are dense and stiff and built for some speed, not a beginner ski at all even if they are the baby of the Experience family. This ski features full sidewall/sandwich construction under the binding area, but is Cap style at the tips, the purpose of this is to give good carving performance at high speeds, while softening up the tips a bit to make turn initiation easier at slower speeds.
