Product Description
This is a used Rossignol Avenger 82 Basalt ski with Rossignol Axium 120 demo bindings that adjust from boot size 5-13 so you won't have to re drill your skis. The Avenger 82 Basalt is one of the true value skis on the market today. At 82mm underfoot the Basalt gives you plenty of waist width for blasting through the crud and broken snow that can accumulate on the hard pack. It has some float for light powder, without being too slow edge to edge. Rossignol's wood core, basalt laminate, and sandwich sidewall construction give the 82 Basalt enough torsional rigidity for all but the heaviest skiers. The oversize sidecut makes this ski a dream for rocketing down groomers, as well as for quick, tight turns, and longer more giant slalom turns. Full sidewalls give the 82 Basalt enough edge grip to hold a solid edge on the ice without being to demanding or too much work for an intermediate. Rossignol's power turn camber give you plenty of energy and rebound, for skiers that still enjoy traditional camber skis. The Basalt 82 is plenty of ski for an aggressive frontside skier that will spend most of their time on the hard pack, but still a solid option for those who will venture off trail.
