Starting, as all Waveflex skis do, with Waveflex technology, the 10's flex pattern is balanced to offer seemingly endless edge hold without having an overbearing stiffness to it. A full RST sidewall profile serve to bolster the edge feel and add some quickness edge to edge as well, so no matter how icy the snow manages to get the Speedwave 10 will grip for you. While Waveflex technology provides the backbone, the 10 gets its soul from a Power Woodcore running tip to tail. The core gives the 10 a light, poppy and powerful feel to help keep the turn initiation light and accurate without being demanding. With all of this the Speedwave 10 ends up being both smooth and powerful, quick but forgiving, it walks a straight line up the middle. The Speedwave 10 is left with a very approachable nature that can build confidence as well as be a solid ski for almost all of the skiing constituency. .
