Blizzard engineered the race performance line for athletes who like speed. Whether slalom skiing like World Cup racer, Reinfried Herbst, or executing long high-speed turns on the local masters circuit Blizzard Race skis are uncompromising, aggressive and yet extremely stable. The Blizzard Magnesium Power GS is an entirely new ski with a longer contact length and new Marker/ Blizzard power plate. The power plate integrates the binding plate with its new piston design with power arms that extend forward and aft from the plate. The arms are pressure distribution devices that increase the power of the ski without making it stiffer. The 186 and 190 lengths are 27 m. skis while the 176 and 182 are 25 m skis. The plate is specific to Marker race bindings which are sold separately. 2011 Model.
