Head's 2012 i.Peak 78 is a great ski to progress from the intermediate to expert level. These skis, to be sure, are fairly stiff and fairly heavy, made for skiing quickly and strongly--but unlike the Peak 78 PRO version, these have 1 layer less of metal, so they are much more accessible to intermediates. We recommend these as an jack-of-all-trades resort ski for intermediate skiers looking to push them selves from the intermediate to expert level.
