The Zest has some Early Rise Rocker to help you initiate turns quicker on the groomers. Slight tail rocker will release you from a turn easier. Camber underfoot will give you some stability and rebound as you slide back and forth on the mellow trails. A narrow 73 mm waist is very easy to manage and control to help you stop from skidding turns, and start to carve them. Elan uses the Full Power Cap Construction on the Zest to make it light and forgiving, for the novice ski to conserve their energy so you will be able to spend more time out on the slopes enjoying yourself, and less time resting on the side of the hill.
