The all mountain tip initiates turns quickly, deflects crud, and adds some flotation in powder. A structure sandwich construction give the 76 Basalt plenty of edge grip on the hard pack that can become icy in the east and Midwest. Equipped with the Rossignol TPI2/Axium 120 integrated binding system the ski has a nice, even deep flex that makes skiing on the groomers more efficient.
