This ski is an actual legend because it has a big reputation for being incredibly fun and a big following to spread the lore of its goodness. The Legend 85's wood core is reinforced with titanial for a heck of a lot of power and it has a 3D wood core that's reinforced at the edges for even more precision. You get camber under foot because you need good edge grip to go 60mph and a rockered tip and tail to maximize the float in deep snow. Nothing about this ski is slow or mushy. The Legend 85 was made for someone who will really enjoy all the fun that's built in.
