The versatility, light weight, and ability to make powder skiing easy, all contribute to the extreme popularity of the Salomon Czar. The tip has a rocker profile to it, allowing the skier to have a centered stance and better balance for tearing through the powder. This ski also sports a twin tip to make skiing backwards easy, or for looking cool when the skis are on the ski rack. The Czar is best suited for advanced and expert skiers, but some advanced intermediates can get this ski if they plan on skiing a lot of powder, or making a once in a lifetime heli ski trip.
